General conditions for making an online donation via the NGO "Pirin TV" NGO website

I. General conditions

1. These "General Terms and Conditions" describe the rules for the provision of the "Online Donation" service between NGOs "Pirin TV", hereinafter referred to as "Pirin TV", at address Ul. "Svoboda" № 1, 2700 Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria And the persons who supported the "Pirin TV" NGO by means of online money transfer, hereinafter referred to as DONORS.

2. The Pirin TV website allows donors to make a donation by debit or credit card, either explicitly or anonymously.

3. The donor indicates the amount he wants to donate.

4. The donor makes the donation in U.S. dollars (USD).

5. Дарителят дарява посочената в т.3 сума на основание чл.225 от ЗЗД и безвъзмездно в полза на “Пирин ТВ”.

6. Under Art. 255 of the CPA - All donations are non-refundable once accepted by our organization.

7. Pirin TV accepts the donation with gratitude and undertakes to use the received funds in accordance with the goals and mission of the association.

II. Data protection

1. "Pirin TV" is an administrator of personal data within the meaning of the PDPA, registered by the Commission for Personal Data Protection, Reg. No 138282 of 08.12.2016.

2. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your prior consent and will only be used for the purpose Communication with you.
